HER WEDDING

I sat in the church

It was her wedding

Something i dreaded

She walked hand in hand 

With her dad

Who smiled at her

Whispered something

Then she smiled again

I missed her a lot

I knew everything was going to change between us

We wouldn't be able to spend

 time with each other 

Like old times

As her best friend I  should have been the happiest

But I didn't want her to get married

As these thoughts came to me

I saw her smiling at me

I have her a thumbs up

She looked radiant

And tensed

And  she got married 

It was the happiest day in her life 

If she was happy 

I was happy too

 if that guy hurt her

I vowed I would kill him 

 She walked with him 

With flowers in hand 

Climbed  into a car 

And drove away

I stood there

Sad and happy at the same time

Wishing her good luck 

Smiled to myself

With tears in my eyes 

As they drove away

          

                        To my best friend whom I never wanna lose .
