OH I WISH!

 Who do you think our are

When you curse and shout

Who do think you are

When you do those stupid antics

Who do you think you are

When you humiliate me

Who do you think you are 

All day bossing me around

I am not a puppet

Who dances to your whims

I am an individual 

Who wants to live

You are no one to me now

The only reason I stayed

Was because you are my dad

That doesn't mean

 you can treat me however you want

My mom left me 

And you blamed me

I didn't do anything

I was equally hurt

I did all the chores

Washed the clothes

Cooked the meals

You appreciated my efforts

By slapping and cursing 

Never loved me

Or spoke anything sweet

I am your daughter

I deserve to be loved and protected

Oh how I wish

You were the old dad

Who would support me 

Without any judgement

And stay by my side 

All the time
